Short answer
Med spas and clinics do best with treatment explainers, practitioner Q&A, clinic tours, aftercare tips and patient stories shared with written consent. Answer the questions nervous patients ask before booking, and follow your local advertising rules.
What patients actually want to see
Someone thinking about a treatment usually has the same questions: Does it hurt? How long does it take? What does recovery look like? Who’s going to do it? Is this place clean and safe? If your content answers those, you’re ahead of most clinics on social media.
What they don’t need is another stock-music montage of the reception desk.

Consent and the rules
Advertising rules for medical and cosmetic services are different in every country, and sometimes every state. Your clinic is responsible for what’s said and shown. Get written consent before showing any patient, check what you’re allowed to say about results, and keep claims to what your practitioners would say in a consultation. When I edit clinic content, I follow the clinic’s rules exactly and never add claims that weren’t made on camera.
Filming in a busy clinic
Block one quiet hour a week. Film a few practitioner answers in a treatment room with good light, plus some b-roll of the clinic. Upload it, and let the editor turn it into a week or two of posts. It’s the most realistic routine for a busy practice.
