Privacy policy

This policy explains what information YASH EDITS (“we”) collects through yashedits.com and how it is used.

Information you give us

When you use the project enquiry or free audit forms, the details you enter are placed into a WhatsApp message on your own device. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. That message — and any email or WhatsApp conversation you start — is used only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the work.

Footage and files

Footage you share for editing is used only to produce your videos. It is not published, shared or used in our portfolio without your permission.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless website analytics (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights) to understand page views, referrers, countries and site performance in aggregate. These do not use cookies to track you across sites.

Embedded videos

Portfolio videos are hosted on Vimeo and loaded with Vimeo’s “do not track” option. Thumbnail images are loaded from Vimeo’s image servers. When you press play, Vimeo’s player loads and Vimeo’s own privacy policy applies.

Third-party services

WhatsApp (Meta) handles messages you send us. Google Drive, Dropbox or similar services may be used to transfer footage, under their own terms.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp (+91 92045 69048).
